Randy Kasper, PhD LCSW BCD

I have been a clinician for more than 30 years, working with multiple populations, issues and solutions. My licenses are active in both California and New York.

I am often asked what BCD stands for: it stands for Board Certified Diplomate, which indicates advanced standing as a clinician. My doctorate is in Leadership; I do a great deal of coaching leaders of all types. I am a professor of Graduate Social Work at California State University in San Marcos, San Diego. I have created and/or led programs for Substance Use, Eating Disorders, and Interpersonal Violence, among others.

I have been a board member with Employee Assistance Program Association, Imagery International and the boutique www.ContinuingEdCourses.com.

Having been a student of the late Dr. Gerald Epstein, MD, I am a graduate of his American Institute for Mental Imagery and am now on faculty. I continue to see people (individuals and couples) using telehealth. I also oversee https://www.facebook.com/drrandykasperlcsw.
